Packs are per activity type and never expire. Paid plans get a pack discount, which is separate from the plan's usage discount and not stacked on it. The pack discount is Starter 3%, Team 7%, Enterprise 15%. Free workspaces buy at list price. - DTMF Testing: 5,000, 25,000, 100,000 minutes - Load Testing: 25,000, 75,000, 500,000 minutes - Mapping: 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 minutes - Mapping (AVE) - speech-to-speech: 60, 300, 1,000 minutes - Mission Testing: 250, 1,000, 5,000 minutes - Compliance Testing: 250, 1,000, 5,000 minutes Token packs are available in 1,000,000, 5,000,000, 20,000,000 token blocks. A $10 / £10 trial pack buys 125 DTMF Testing minutes, 142 Load Testing minutes, 40 Mapping minutes or 400,000 AI analysis tokens. Trial packs are never discounted. ## Phone numbers Workspaces can rent phone numbers for tests to call or text. Each number costs twice our carrier cost a month, plus a one-off setup fee of twice the carrier setup cost. For example a UK mobile number is $4 / £4 a month plus a $4 / £4 one-off setup fee. A number is billed for every month you hold it, including part months. No plan includes numbers. Each plan caps how many a workspace holds at once (Starter up to 1, Team up to 5, Enterprise up to 25). The Free plan cannot rent numbers. Numbers with a high carrier setup cost are available through sales. ## Survey SMS A survey run texts a UK number you rent and an AI respondent answers it like a real customer. You pay for each reply segment our respondent sends, at your plan's rate. A long reply split into two SMS segments counts as two. Messages your survey sends to us are free. No plan includes survey SMS. Voice surveys are coming. SMS packs come in 1,000, 5,000, 20,000 reply segments, at your plan's pack discount. Rates are displayed per minute for readability. A 10-second call is billed as 30 seconds, a 90-second call as 90 seconds, and an unanswered call is not billed.
