## Pay-as-you-go rates

These are the free-tier base rates. Each paid plan applies its usage discount to every rate below.

## Free tier allowance

Every workspace gets 150 free minutes per month, split across 6 separately metered pools, plus 50,000 free AI analysis tokens. No credit card is required.

## Capacity packs

Paid plans can pre-purchase blocks of minutes for a further discount on top of the plan's own usage discount. Packs are per activity type.

Pack discounts by plan: Starter 3%, Team 7%, Enterprise 15%. These stack on top of the plan's own usage discount.

- DTMF Testing: 5,000, 25,000, 100,000 minutes
- Load Testing: 25,000, 75,000, 500,000 minutes
- Mapping: 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 minutes
- Mapping (AVE) - speech-to-speech: 60, 300, 1,000 minutes
- Mission Testing: 250, 1,000, 5,000 minutes

Token packs are available in 100,000, 200,000, 1,000,000, 5,000,000 token blocks.

## Billing granularity

Usage is billed per second. Rates are displayed per minute for readability, so a 30-second call costs half the per-minute rate.
