    Create a map

    Set up a job that calls a number and maps its menus

    Steps

    1. Open Create Map and fill in the basics

      There are three types: DTMF, DTMF plus Audio, and Full Audio. DTMF is for a keypad-only menu with no voice interaction, and needs no data profile.

    2. Optionally choose a data profile

      Transcription language defaults to English (UK). Change it only if the line speaks another language.

    3. Set the discovery limits

    4. Choose how it runs

      Multi Menu also captures extra menus and options the line presents on its own. Enable Retries to retry failed calls automatically. Both start switched off.

    5. Review and create the job

    6. Find it on Map Config

      The play button on a row starts a run, and that places real calls to the number. Map Config is also where you edit, copy or delete the job.
