    Edit a standard test

    Change a saved test and watch its version move on

    Steps

    1. Open Test Config and choose Edit

      Testing has to be expanded first — clicking the group heading opens it rather than navigating anywhere. The Actions column also offers duplicate, run and delete; editing is the pencil, second from the right.

    2. Note that editing is one form, not the wizard

      This asymmetry is worth knowing: create walks you through Basics, Call setup, Steps, Automation and Review; edit puts all of it in one list. Threshold and timeout are number inputs here rather than sliders.

    3. Add a tag and press Enter

      Suggestions come from tags already in use in the workspace. The other edit-only control is the Parameterized Test toggle further down, which swaps fixed data for variable placeholders and is required for sweeps.

    4. Adjust the match threshold

      A real production failure looked like a timeout at a fifty percent threshold rather than a clean fail at eighty — worth checking the threshold before assuming the IVR changed.
